Individuals who want to start a skill development or vocational training center in their local area can apply.
Existing Computer Institutes, Coaching Centres, Vocational Training Centres and other educational/training institutes can apply.
Schools, colleges and other educational institutions may apply for skill-based training programs, wherever applicable.
The applicant should have a suitable, clean and learner-friendly space for conducting training activities.
The center should have basic infrastructure according to the courses selected, such as:
Computer systems
Internet connectivity
Tables and chairs
Classroom / training space
Adequate power supply
Course-specific equipment, wherever required
Clean and comfortable learning environment
Student-friendly comfort zone
Clean washroom facilities
Drinking water facility
Separate washroom facilities for boys and girls
experienced & qualified staff with persuasive and polite behavior
